How to combine your photos from the Start Number Search with photos from Face Recognition:

1️⃣ Enter your start number and select the event, if it is not already selected.

2️⃣ Click on “Photo Flat” (mobile) or “Order Photo Flat” (desktop).

3️⃣ Select “Start Number Flat”.
👉 Your Photo Flat will now be automatically pre-filled with all photos from your start number gallery.

4️⃣ Scroll up to “Go to face recognition” and click on it.

5️⃣ Click “Search my face”, take a selfie, and start the search.

6️⃣ Then tap the blue “+ All” button at the bottom.
👉 The photos found via face recognition will now be added to your existing Photo Flat.

7️⃣ Add the package to your cart and complete your order. 🛒

How to create a Photo Flat using face recognition:

1️⃣ In the start number search, click on “Search by face”.

2️⃣ Activate your webcam, take a selfie, and start the search.

3️⃣ Once your photos are found, click on “Start Number Flat / Value Packages” and then on “Order package”.

4️⃣ Add your desired photos by clicking on a photo and then on the plus sign (+).
👉 Repeat this step for all photos you want to select.

5️⃣ Add the package to your cart and follow the instructions during checkout. 🛒

How to create your Photo Flat using your start number:

1️⃣ Enter your start number in the start number search.

2️⃣ Select your start number gallery.
👉 If your start number is not found, continue directly with step 5.

3️⃣ Click on “Photo Flat” (mobile) or “Order Photo Flat” (desktop).

4️⃣ Click on “Start Number Flat”.
👉 Your Photo Flat will be automatically pre-filled with all photos from your gallery.

You can already add your Photo Flat to the cart at this point.
However, there may be additional photos of you where your start number could not be recognized. These can also be added to your Photo Flat.

5️⃣ Click on “Photos without recognized start number”.

6️⃣ Select a gallery (e.g. Course 1).

7️⃣ When you find a photo of yourself, click again on “Photo Flat” and “Start Number Flat” to complete your flat.

8️⃣ Click on the large plus sign (+) to add a slot to your Photo Flat.

9️⃣ Then click on your photo.
👉 On mobile devices, additionally select “Add to package”.

If you find more photos of yourself, repeat steps 8 and 9.

You can also add photos from other galleries:
Select another gallery from the menu in the top left and repeat steps 7 to 9.

Once your Photo Flat is complete, you can add it to your cart. 🛒
